In Tha Groove is the brainchild​ of Ron and Toya, and the blood, sweat and years of professional training in Canada's performance industry. With all the knowledge they have compiled over the years, they have been able to create a company that caters to all areas of entertainment. From dance performances and artist development to music editing and consultations, these two have worked hard to establish quality and bring you the best! 

This dynamic duo has been in the professional entertainment industry since 1999, working with Canada's premier hip hop choreographers and innovators. From Brandy, The Black Eyed Peas, Alicia Keys, Rihanna, Mario and Kelly Rowland these choreographers have worked with them all and were even judges and guest choreographers on So You Think You Can Dance Canada. Trailblazers Luther Brown and Jae Blaze are synonymous with grinding and the idealism of always striving to achieve new successes. Under their tutelage, Ron and Toya have acquired the drive, dedication, and know-how to present a finished, polished and mastered product.
