Get up & Get Moving!

GroovFit is a special made fitness program that incorporates dance and groove with high energy cardio fitness for all to enjoy. Dance and fitness enthusiasts, Ron Bedeau and MsToya Robinson have created a program guaranteed to produce the results that all are looking for. WIth all the knowledge these two have compiled over the years, they have been able to create a fitness program that includes all areas of health, wellness and nutrition and caters to new and experienced fitness participants. From Cardio hip Hop Classes, Boot Camp, Personal Training, Diet and Group Fitness these two have worked hard to establish quality programs and bring you the best.

 

New GroovFit 4 Week Sessions will start back up in January of 2014. Every Monday and Wednesday come out and enjoy an intense workout to some new school and old school music that is sure to get you moving. Classes are held in Toronto at Gotta Dance Studio 3581 Dundas St. West, for one hour beginning at 8:30pm each night.

 

8 Weeks to a New You!

 

The length of this program is dependent on the clients but usually runs for 8 weeks with 2 one hour sessions per week. In this program, participants will have fun and sweat it out in cardio groove classes, run circuit training drills, do body specific workouts and track their own progress on the way to achieving personal health goals.
